WAYS I CAN SUPPORT YOU

Hi and welcome! If you're here, I'm guessing that you're ready to make positive changes for yourself and/or your family. We can work one-on-one, both parents can be coached together and/or your child can be involved in the coaching session, if it makes sense.

While I do specialize in working with parents, I am also passionate about working with teens, young adults, or anyone who is struggling and wants freedom from overwhelm, stress, and/or anxiety.

Hiring a coach shows a commitment to yourself and the ones that you love. It would be a privilege for me to support you along this journey.

As your coach, I will...

1.  Be a partner in bringing out the best in you;
2.  Provide safety, encouragement and support; an environment in which you can relax and explore;     3.  Respect the confidentiality of our conversations;
4.  Expand your view of what is possible for you and your family and promote discovery of new insights; 5.  Give you input, straight feedback and operate as a sounding board;
6.  Listen carefully to what you say and ask questions that increase awareness;
7.  Be an on-going resource for you in accomplishing your intentions.

Testimonials:

Jess provides such a safe, loving, non-judgmental space that whenever I speak with her it’s easy for me to drop out of my head and into my heart. As a new parent, I find that to be incredibly valuable because my mind can so easily try to stay ahead of any potential mistakes I might make as I find my way instead of being in the moment. In just one conversation with Jess, my mind quieted enough to remember that my common sense would guide me while flying solo with my 7 month old across country. It was such a relief to remember I had knowing beyond the noise of my mind and it made the flight a million times easier.
